Executive Search Consultants (IT & Telco / Industrial / Consumer / Life Sciences)

As an Executive Search Consultant, you are to be an advisor to our clients, playing a key role in developing the business in the areas of your specialization, and matching seasoned experts to high-profile managerial and directorial vacancies. You will also be involved in sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and screening candidates in middle and higher management for our clients, in addition to executing assignments and ensuring closure.

As the face of Sanford Rose Associates, it is crucial for you to be an articulate and confident professional, with at least 8 years of sales experience in the Consumer, Industrial, Life Sciences or Technology industry.

You must be comfortable in meeting people and adept in communicating with both clients and candidates. Your social skills and business acumen are exceptional, and your grasp of the language is impeccable. Your tenacity, energy and hands-on approach toward work, will keep you motivated in achieving the goals set for you. Senior Researcher

In this position, you will provide support to the Consultants in the execution and completion of search engagements. Job responsibilities encompass specific research in defined industries, building up contacts via telephone, identification and assessment of suitable candidates, developing network contacts as well as database / resume management.

To qualify, you need to have the following:

• At least 3 – 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a similar industry.
• Highly driven, resourceful, tenacious and a team player with a high sense of urgency and energy.
• Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines.
• Work under little supervision, assertive, resilient and disciplined.
• Project oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments and to multi-task.
• Ability to think laterally in a demanding and results oriented environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
